![]() Same one we had fed the day before so I wouldn't suggest doing both. Was raining and they tried to accommodate us by feeding the kangaroo inside. Ride around in a jeep and feed the animals. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and a comfortable bed. It was cold and rainy and very windy for April in Texas. They love it! We would come back for sure and stay during warmer months and book the earlier otter swim time slot. At our cabin we saw the Emu’s, cattle, donkeys and ZEBRA! The Zebra were the highlight of our trip! Get the food bucket and feed the camel and bison as you’re coming and going. This too would have been better outside however they were prepared for indoor dining which was great! We took our board and wine back to our cabin. Blue and Google the giraffes were great even indoors. The otters hadn’t been inside this room in years they said and they spent lots of time under the furniture. For the price they need to do better on this part. ![]() Our daughter was the only one brave enough to get in the floor with even more dog hair. Had to change to leave for dinner as we were covered in dog hair. ![]() They tried to accommodate us indoors and we ended up in a room I believe was the dogs room, watching them play a bit. I do wish they had a hot tub inside as I believe we would have had a different experience. Sweet Pea and Otto were great for about 5 mins and then weren’t having it. The weather was cold 48° for our swim and we’d booked the 3PM time slot. ❤️ We also dined with the giraffes and swam with the otters. It’s the only sure way to see all of the animals and there are many! We loved them all. It’s a beautiful 150 acres covered in bluebonnets while we were there. We did the Safari tour and glad we did as they no longer rent ATV’s and we weren’t aware of that until we tried too.
